The election database contains geographic data for a large number of Danish parliamentary elections, municipal elections and referendums since 1979 collected at the individual polling station level. When extracting data, you can choose whether you want data at the polling station level or calculated as larger geographical units such as constituencies or municipalities. The geographical units and their boundaries change over time, but the election database enables you to convert election data to geographic units, which, with a given level of tolerance, are identical over time.
The database is accessible to anyone and election data is freely available.
